Man Charged with Voyeurism at Zatzman Sportsplex Changing Room in Dartmouth

Dartmouth, Nova Scotia – August 18, 2025 — A 23-year-old man has been charged with voyeurism after allegedly recording an individual without consent inside a universal changing room at the Zatzman Sportsplex in Dartmouth, N.S.
According to Halifax Regional Police, officers responded to the Sportsplex at around 7:40 p.m. on August 6 following reports of suspicious activity. Upon arrival, police arrested Stevie Lee Hubley, who was found in possession of an electronic device believed to have been used in the incident.
Investigation and Court Appearance
Authorities confirmed that Hubley was taken into custody at the scene. The device has been seized as evidence, and the suspect is facing one count of voyeurism under the Criminal Code of Canada. He is scheduled to appear in court at a later date, which has not yet been specified.
